You will only ever be charged ONCE for postage - per order.

United Kingdom - Shipping

Once ordered, please allow 1-3 days for us to make your order.
Once your order has been made, it will be shipped by Royal Mail 24 which is usually a next day service.
We may use a courier for larger orders.
Dispatch timescales are estimates only - orders can be with you much sooner but can also take longer during busy periods. If you are unsure or need your product sooner, please get in touch!
Rest of World Shipping

Once your order has been made, it will be shipped by tracked international airmail which usually takes 5-7 days*

Customs, Import Fees & C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
In some cases, couriers may present these fees as C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). This does not mean you are paying for the item itself again — it refers to the collection of government-imposed charges like customs or import tax at the time of delivery.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices, and we do not have control over them. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for unclaimed parcels.

Please be aware that Naturelase is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country. Customs inspections — including random checks — are outside of our control and may occur even when parcels are correctly labelled and documented.
While we take every step to ensure that shipments are accurately prepared to minimize the likelihood of delays, customs authorities operate independently, and parcels may be held for inspection without notice. If this occurs, any associated delays, fees, or required actions fall under the responsibility of the recipient.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about import procedures or timelines.
