Once your order has been made, it will be shipped by Royal Mail 24 which is usually a next day service.

We may use a courier for larger orders.

Once your order has been made, it will be shipped by tracked international airmail which usually takes 5-7 days*

Please note that Naturelase cannot be held responsible for any parcels being held by customs in your country for inspection. Customs procedures, including random checks, are beyond our control, and especially when it comes to correctly labelled parcels, are completely random. Therefore if your parcel is randomly selected for inspection delays may occur as a result.

We will ensure that all shipments are properly labelled and documented to minimize the chances of this happening. However, once the parcel is in the hands of customs, any additional delays, fees, or actions required are the responsibility of the customer.
